Kevin L. Rosenberg, Esq.

Kevin L. Rosenberg, Esq., currently serves as Co-Chief of the Fraud, Public Corruption, and Civil Rights Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia (USAO-DC). There, he oversees investigations and prosecutions involving economic crime, cybercrime, cryptocurrency-related offenses, and insider trading. While at the USAO-DC, Mr. Rosenberg served in the Superior Court Division and the Violent Crime and Narcotics Trafficking Section. He has tried numerous felony cases to verdict and has received several FBI Distinguished Service Awards for his work combating organized crime.

Before joining the USAO-DC, Mr. Rosenberg served in the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Organized Crime and Gang Section, handling multi-defendant RICO investigations and trying complex conspiracy cases in federal district courts across the country. While at DOJ, he was detailed to serve as the Resident Legal Advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and as the Resident Legal Advisor for Transnational Organized Crime at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia, where he trained foreign prosecutors on trial presentation, oral advocacy, and investigative best practices. He was also assigned to Joint Task Force Vulcan, an Attorney General initiative focused on disrupting MS-13 activity in the United States and El Salvador.

Mr. Rosenberg teaches Trial Advocacy at American University Washington College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
