Robin Nunn, Esq., is a partner at Linklaters LLP, specializing in complex litigation and appellate matters. Before joining Linklaters, she was a partner at another international law firm, where she maintained a general litigation practice, handling various civil and criminal cases, administrative matters, and pro bono cases.
Ms. Nunn has over 15 years of experience handling complex litigation matters at all levels of federal and state court systems, focusing on securities, commercial disputes, consumer protection, and fraud. She has represented corporations and individuals in complex securities class and shareholder derivative actions, advised corporate clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, represented corporations and individuals in government investigations and enforcement proceedings, conducted corporate internal investigations, handled consumer financial services issues, and counseled corporate officers and boards on all of these matters.
Ms. Nunn has long-standing ties to the community, including serving as a mentor with the National Bar Association. She works hundreds of hours annually on pro bono cases, ranging from legal aid cases to child custody, non-profit governance, and civil rights cases. She also serves as a board member of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts and as an Advisory Board Member of The Irving Institute for Energy & Society at Dartmouth College.
Ms. Nunn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and her Juris Doctor from The University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Barrington Parker Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
