Micah Salb

Micah Salb, Esq., is the Principal Attorney of Lippman, Semsker & Salb. Mr. Salb has more than twenty-five years of litigation experience, primarily representing employees in employment discrimination cases, assisting faculty in higher education matters nationwide, and litigating cases involving breach of fiduciary duties. Mr. Salb has extensive courtroom and appellate experience, litigating matters with meaningful social importance. Mr. Salb also serves clients in estate planning and business law matters, providing both foundational planning for middle-class families and sophisticated tax planning, wealth transfer, and charitable-giving strategies for high net worth families. He has a special focus on artists and art collectors.

Mr. Salb has a long-standing commitment to pro bono service. He is active in service to the Bar, having served as Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of the DC Bar’s Section on Labor and Employment Law and the Board of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association. From 2017 through 2020, he served on the DC Court of Appeals Committee on Admissions. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Salb has also taught employment discrimination law in the clinical program of The George Washington University School of Law.

Mr. Salb earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, he served as Articles Editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal and received the school’s 1994 Dean’s Public Service Award.
