Kevin D. Judd

Kevin D. Judd, Esq., is an attorney, fiduciary, and arbitrator who has been at the forefront of legal advocacy for more than twenty-five years, dividing his time between private legal practice and nonprofit association leadership roles. As an attorney, Mr. Judd operates a robust consumer bankruptcy practice and probate practice representing bankruptcy and guardianship litigants, serving as guardian in court intervention matters and serving as a fiduciary for trust and estate matters. In addition, he serves as an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

As a president, board and committee leader for the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, National Bar Association, Washington Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Howard University Law Alumni Association, and Sigma Delta Tau Legal Fraternity, Inc., Mr. Judd has paired a passion for social and economic justice and the rule of law to benefit underserved communities. A core theme of his leadership across all organizations has been a long-standing commitment to improving organizational infrastructures, operations, and financial positions, which include setting the foundation for growth sustainability by developing several association members pipelines.

Mr. Judd is a fellow of the American Bar Association Foundation and author of a law journal article on economic empowerment for underserved communities. He was inducted into the Washington Bar Association Hall of Fame for his professional achievements, social justice advocacy, and for his leadership across many organizations. Mr. Judd is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, the State of New York, the Maryland Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
