The Judicial Nomination Commission (the “Commission”) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the position of Executive Director. The Commission was established by the District of Columbia Self Government and Governmental Reorganization Act. Pursuant to this authority, the Commission has exclusive jurisdiction over the process for the selection of candidates recommended to the President of the United States to fill judicial vacancies on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The incumbent serves as an authoritative advisor and reports to the Commission’s chairperson. The salary range for this position is from $95,791 to $123,403.
