The District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission (Commission) has been advised by the President that he has withdrawn the nomination of Tovah Calderon, Esq., at her request, to fill the vacancy on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals created by the retirement of the Honorable Kathryn A. Oberly.

Members of the bench, bar, and the public are hereby notified by the District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission (the "Commission") that there are twenty-three (23) applicants for the pending vacancy on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia created by the retirement of the Honorable Fern Flanagan Saddler. The Commission will submit the names of three applicants to the President of the United States for his consideration to nominate and appoint a judge for this vacancy. The applicants are:

The District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission (Commission) has recommended to the President the three individuals listed below for his consideration in selecting a nominee to fill the judicial vacancy on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia created by the retirement of the Honorable Frederick H. Weisberg. The President has sixty (60) days to select a nominee to fill this vacancy.
